WEDDING CAKE ORDERS
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Wedding Cake Booking
By paying your booking deposit, you confirm your agreement with our Termsand Conditions.
To secure your booking with Maison Houda, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cake cost is required for all wedding orders.
Your date is not secured, and your order is not confirmed until the booking deposit has been received.
All quotations will be sent via email and are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
We reserve the right to adjust prices after this period.
Remaining Balance
For wedding orders, the balance of your invoice must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks before the delivery date unlessotherwise agreed.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing. In the event of a cancellation, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
For wedding order cancellations made with less than 4 weeks notice, the full payment, including the booking deposit, is non-
refundable.
Delivery/Set Up
We offer delivery for an additional charge, which will be included in your quote. Once the cake is delivered, set up, or collected,
responsibility for the cake transfers to you. If the cake is moved after setup or left with someone, we will not be liable for any
damage.
Postponements
To postpone your wedding booking, please email us to check availability. A £25 admin fee applies, and all deposits will transfer to
the new date if available. If we are unavailable, the cancellation policy will apply.
Postponements are only available up to 4 weeks before the event date.
Hire Items
Any hire items must be returned within 3 days and remain your responsibility until returned. Damaged or lost items will incur
replacement fees.
Final Design
The final design of your order will be confirmed 4 weeks before delivery. By paying the final invoice, you agree that the design is
correct.
Allergies
We cannot guarantee our products are free from allergens. A list of ingredients can be provided upon request 4 weeks prior to
the event. The customer is responsible for informing guests of any potential allergens.
Privacy & Data Security
We collect and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle and secure your data.
You can request to access, update, or delete your information at any time.
