

Cake Flavours
At Maison Houda, every cake is freshly made to order with a focus on exceptional taste and refined presentation. Inspired by the finesse of French pâtisserie, my creations are composed of carefully layered textures that go far beyond the traditional sponge, buttercream, and jam.
Each design brings together delicate layers of vanilla biscuit, dacquoise, joconde, or sacher, complemented by luxurious creams such as crème pâtissière, diplomat cream, silky ganache, and homemade coulis. For added refinement, I often include textures like almond, feuilletine, or hazelnut crunch, feather-light meringue discs, and more. The result is a cake that captures the delicacy of fine French pastry while celebrating bold, memorable flavours.
I use only the finest ingredients, local free-range eggs, fresh dairy, Madagascan bourbon vanilla, Belgian chocolate, rich cocoa, and homemade curds, ensuring that every slice is as exquisite in flavour as it is in design.
All cakes are prepared in a kitchen where gluten, nuts, milk, and eggs are present. While every care is taken to minimise cross-contamination, I cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free. Please share any dietary requirements at the time of ordering.
