Allergies & Dietary Information

When placing an order for cakes or wedding favors, please inform us of any specific dietary needs, food allergies, or intolerances. This information is essential to ensure we can accommodate your requirements as best as possible.

Please note that our kitchen is not nut-free. Due to the size of our premises, we are unable to dedicate a separate area for nut-free cake preparation. Our ovens are used for baking both macarons and sponge cakes, meaning there is a risk of cross-contamination for those with severe nut allergies.
 

We work with ingredients that include nuts, and our macarons contain ground almonds, which are baked in the same oven as our sponge cakes. Additionally, some of our cakes, such as Dacquoise and Almond Cake, contain nuts. Any cake that includes nut ingredients is clearly marked on our Cake Menu.

 

While we take great care in implementing our food safety management system to minimize cross-contamination risks, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of nuts or traces of nuts in our products. Our safety measures include:
 

• Careful selection, storage, and use of ingredients

• Strict utensil hygiene
