With years of experience and a passion for refined detail, Houda has become known for her breathtaking designs, impeccable finishes, and her warm, personal service.
With a Master’s degree in Physics, Houda brings a unique scientific precision to her craft. The same meticulous attention to detail that once guided her research now defines her approach to pâtisserie, balancing structure, harmony, and beauty in every creation.
Drawing inspiration from French pâtisserie, Maison Houda cakes go far beyond the traditional sponge and buttercream. Each design is composed with fine layers of genoise, dacquoise, mousseline creams, praline crunches, and fruit coulis, marrying contemporary elegance with timeless flavour.
